Are you affiliated with the IBO?
No. Acadamigo, acadamigo.com, and IBScoreReports.com are not affiliated with or endorsed by the IBO. Our reports were, and continue to be, developed independently of the IBO. We help all types of schools all around the world learn as much as possible from the scores they receive from the IBO, with the goal of improving teaching and learning.
Which data files does our school need to send you, and where do we find them on IBIS?
Send us an email at support@acadamigo.com and we’ll send you detailed instructions on how to download your school's data files from IBIS.
Our reports display up to five years of data. So you’ll need to download Candidate, Subject, and Component CSV files plus your School Statistics pdf for each of the five years that you want included in your reports. Before downloading, be sure to generate new files in IBIS to ensure they contain your latest, updated scores.
What format will our reports be in?
Your reports will be high-quality pdfs and will look beautiful on screen and when printed.
Do you offer reports of Component Results?
Of course! We provide reports for every component of every subject, including raw vs. moderated marks on internal assessments.
Will our school’s data be private?
Absolutely. Your school’s results and the reports we produce for you will be private. We will never share any of your information with any other party. You can read our full Privacy Policy here.
How long will it take to get our reports?
Please allow up to one week, although turnaround time will likely be just a few days, at most.
If there are errors in the report, will Acadamigo correct them?
Of course! But please understand that we process the data as it appears in the files you download from IBIS. We have, on occasion, seen errors and anomalies in those files. Regardless, we want you to be happy with our reports, and we want them to be useful to your teachers and your school. So please let us know if you find errors. We’ll correct them and re-run your reports.
When and how do we pay for our reports?
You don't need to pay in advance. We'll send an invoice for payment after we've produced and delivered your reports. We accept payment by wire transfer or paper check. We like to be paid within 30 days.
Do you provide interpretive guides to help teachers and administrators read your reports?
We have several useful guides, which you can find at the top of our Resources page.
How do you determine statistical significance?
We use a method called "correlational chi-square" to compare your school’s scores to the world scores. You can read about it in these sources: Introduction to Categorical Data Analysis, Alan Agresti, 1st edition, pp. 34-38, and Statistical Methods for Psychology, David C. Howell, 5th edition, pp. 309-312.
